History: Dr. Stevens was born, raised and attended school in Ohio. After finishing his residency, he worked for different practices in Ohio in traditional family practice office settings and in urgent care centers. Dr. Stevens moved to North Carolina in July of 1997 and worked for a brief time in Siler City before joining Rex Urgent Care of Cary. He had been with Rex Urgent Care of Cary from its opening in December, 1997 until September, 2001. Dr. Stevens is now the sole owner of Triangle Family Care, P.A.
