Mark Carmona – Office Manager
Originally from Virginia, Mark moved with his parents to Raleigh, North Carolina when he was a child and has lived in the Triangle area ever since. He joined Triangle Family Care in October 2001. Mark enjoys working on car restoration, taking care of his rescued greyhound from Project Racing Home and whippet. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, working on home improvement projects and camping in Asheville.
Daily Duties: Oversees all office activities, addresses patient concerns, implements and enforces office policies, files insurance, and is the go between the lab and the office.
Credentials: BS – Communications, Insurance and Related Office Experience

Barbara Lynn Crozier – Front Office, Check-out and Insurance
Lynn, who began working with Triangle Family Care in 2008, is a long-term North Carolinian who lives with her husband, two daughters, and Teddy, her Maltipoo pup here in the area. Her background includes insurance, real estate, and accounts receivables positions.
Daily Duties: Post insurance payments, take billing and insurance questions and resolve related issues. File insurance claims and make corrections. Help with telephones, checkout, scheduling, etc.
Credentials: Insurance and Related Experience, CPR
Greatest Job Joy: I enjoy helping patients in person or by telephone.
April Maresca – Front Office, Check-in
April lives in the Apex area with her beautiful daughter. Although April was born and raised in New Jersey and only moved to North Carolina in 2007, she feels right at home here. In her spare time, she’s an avid football fan, loves to bake and makes great chili! Since joining Triangle Family Care in 2008, she has worked in both check-in and check-out roles.
Daily Duties: Greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, check patients in and/or out, and perform filing duties as needed.
Credentials: Office and Related Experience, CPR
