Mark Carmona - Office Manager

Originally from Virginia, Mark moved with his parents to North Carolina when he was a child, and has lived in the Triangle area ever since. He joined Triangle Family Care in October 2001.

Daily Duties		Oversee all office duties, address issues, implement and enforce office policies.
Credentials		BA - Communications Insurance and Related Office Experience CPR
Greatest Job Joy		I enjoy seeing happy patients as a result of efficient office processes.

Barbara Lynn Crozier - Front Office, Check-out and Insurance

Lynn, who began working with Triangle Family Care in 2008, is a long-term North Carolinian who lives with her husband, two daughters, and Teddy, her Maltipoo pup here in the area. Her background includes insurance, real estate, and accounts receivables positions.

Daily Duties		Post insurance payments, take billing and insurance questions and resolve related issues. File insurance claims and make corrections. Help with telephones, checkout, scheduling, etc.
Credentials		Insurance and Related Experience CPR
Greatest Job Joy		I enjoy helping patients in person or by telephone.

April Maresca - Front Office, Check-in

April is married and has a beautiful daughter. Although April was born and raised in New Jersey and only moved to North Carolina in 2007, she feels right at home here. Since joining Triangle Family Care in 2008, she has worked in both check-in and check-out roles.

Daily Duties		Greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, check patients in and/or out, and perform filing duties as needed.
